Support shaped

around the

Individual.

ELIVARA Community Services is developing mobile, community-based outreach support for adults with developmental disabilities. Our approach centers dignity, choice, safety, and meaningful participation for everyday life.

‍ ‍OUR APPROACH

One plan. Real community.

01

Choice comes first

The individual's voice, preferences, culture, and goals guide each decision about support.

02

Practice in real settings

Skills and confidence are developed in the places where daily life and community connection happen.

Good support starts by understanding what matters to the individual, then building practical opportunities to participate, choose, learn, and grow at their own pace.

03

Safety without taking over

Clear safeguards protect well-being while preserving dignity, autonomy, and the right to take reasonable risks.

04

Your Voice Matters

The individual's voice, preferences, culture, and goals guide each decision about support.

Planned Outreach Focus

Support for the moments that shape everyday life.

The initial service model is mobile and community-based. Support will be shaped around assessed needs, agreed goals, and confirmed service capacity.

WHY ELIVARA

Grounded in lived experience. Built for thoughtful support.

ELIVARA was created from a close understanding of the difference between doing something for an individual and creating the conditions for that person to build confidence through supported practice.

The organization is shaped by lived family experience, long-term personal caregiving, sector learning, and a commitment to safe, respectful community participation. As a new provider, ELIVARA is building its systems carefully before services begin.
